Properties and advantages 

In compliance with GB6245/-98 Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Fire Pumps, it has good starting characteristics, strong overload capacity, compact structure, convenient maintenance, high degree of automation, excellent performance, wide range of equipment pressure and flow rate. XBC type fully automatic diesel engine fire pump set has been extensively used in firefighting equipment as a fixed fire extinguishing equipment bypass, especially when there is no power supply or the fire water supply in unexpected situations like abnormal power supply (mains). The water pump equipped in the unit is our company's horizontal single-stage and multi-stage fire-fighting special pump. The diesel engines provided are all 495, 4135, X6135, 12V135 and other series models produced by China's internal combustion engine industry backbone enterprises. Other diesel engines can also be configured as power engines as per user requirements. It mainly falls into diesel engine, fire pump, connecting device, fuel tank, radiator, battery pack, intelligent full-automatic control panel, etc. 

Application scope 

Fire-fighting water supply for various occasions like warehouses, docks, airports, petrochemical industry, power plants, liquefied gas, textiles, ships, tankers, and enterprise backups, can also be used for drinking water supply. 

Product features 

1. Strong power: The integral crankshaft of the diesel engine set has high rigidity, high strength with effective torque transmission. 

2. Good technique: Adopt technology and gantry type body, slide bearing, plate-fin cooler, inhead type heat exchanger, spin-on oil filter and dual cooling system. 

3. Superior performance: The smoke intensity and noise label reach the first-class product, and the fuel consumption is lower than the national standard superior product by over 2.1g/kW.h. 

4. High degree of automation: It features automatic, manual and fault self-checking functions, the whole process monitors the working conditions, can recover from the fault start failure, automatic restart function, automatic pre-lubrication, pre-heating; It has control room remote control and remote control functions, and also has field bus connection (optional function). In the battery, it adopts fully automatic floating charge (constant current, constant voltage, trickle charge) electricity mode, and the battery is in a standby state at any time.

Features 

1. Automatic start 

After the diesel water pump unit receives the start signals of fire alarm/pipe network pressure/power outage/or other, it can automatically start and put into full load operation within 5-15 seconds; 

2. Automatic charging 

The battery can be automatically charged by utility power or diesel engine charging motor, and the unit can be started smoothly; 

3. Automatic alarm 

Automatic alarm protection will be started for diesel engine low oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults, alarm and shutdown when overspeed; 

4. Automatic preheating: Put the diesel engine in a warm standby state, and emergency operation; 

5.Direct connection: For the diesel water pump units below 360kw, they adopt the direct connection technology of domestic diesel engine and water pump  through flexible couplings, thereby reducing the fault points, greatly shortening the start-up time of the unit, and increasing the emergency performance of the unit; 

6. Other alarm output 

The user can also request to set other alarm outputs. 

III. "Water pump unit" is the abbreviation of full-automatic diesel high temperature water pump unit. This product mainly has the following characteristics: Automatic start-up: After the diesel water pump unit receives the pipe network pressure, power failure, or other start signals, it can automatically start and put into full load operation within 15 seconds; Automatic charging: The battery can be automatically charged by utility power or diesel engine charging motor, and the unit can be started smoothly; Automatic alarm: Automatic alarm protection for diesel engine low oil pressure, high water temperature and other faults, and the smooth start of the unit; Automatic preheating: Keep the diesel engine in a hot and standby state for emergency work; Direct connection: About the diesel water pump units below 360kw, they use direct connection technology of China's diesel engine and water pump through flexible couplings, thus reducing the fault points. 

IV. At present, due to the low design standards of drainage systems in China's many cities, the drainage capacity is seriously inadequate. Raising urban flood control and drainage capacity as soon as possible has become a top priority for China's urbanization development. Since the Boyu self-priming sewage pump being selected as the flood control emergency pump in the 2010 Shanghai World Expo, the flood control and drainage departments of cities selected mobile pumping stations to handle flood disasters during the flood season, such as the "7.21" Rainstorm Fangshan District Flooding Disaster in Beijing in 2012. The mobile pumping station for flood control has played a key role. 

The diesel engines are used for the trailer mobile pumping station to directly drive the self-priming sewage pump to pump water. The mobile pumping station has small size and is easy to move. One can enter the mobile pumping station for pumping in places where large vehicles cannot enter. The European emission standards can be adopted for the mobile pumping station pump diesel engine, which can realize electronic control operation, with self-protection function. Provided that the oil pressure is too low with excessive high water temperature, the engine will automatically turn off and the electric start mode, the water pump end can also install two 100W car lights to achieve the night work lighting.
