E. The sound of the machine is dull and even shakes, which is most obvious when accelerating suddenly. White metal powder can be seen when draining the oil. Check the main bearing of the crankshaft; Repair or replace corresponding accessories as appropriate;

3. Abnormal noise from the gear chamber of Weifang Weichai diesel engine:

The gear chamber makes abnormal noise. Generally, the gear of the transmission system fails. Loosen the plug of the oil filler. If you can hear an obvious "Hua, Hua", it indicates that the gear clearance is too large; If you hear the sound of "choking, choking", it means that individual teeth of the gear are damaged and impact occurs.

4. Abnormal noise from supercharger:

After the diesel engine runs for a long time, the compressor housing and turbine housing of the supercharger are too dirty, the flow channel is blocked, and the supercharger makes a sharp sound, which should be cleaned and maintained. If the bearing, compressor impeller or turbine is damaged, repair or replace it.

5. Abnormal noise at the air compressor:

A. The cylinder block bolts or cylinder head bolts or the fixing bolts of the air compressor are loose and need to be tightened;

B. If the intake and exhaust valve of the air compressor is loose, it will make a snap sound. Check and repair the cylinder head of the air compressor;

C. The clearance between the main shaft diameter and bearing bush of the air compressor, the connecting rod shaft diameter and bearing bush, the small end pin hole of the connecting rod and the piston pin is too large or worn, and white metal powder can be seen in the oil discharge, which should be disassembled, inspected, repaired or replaced.
